How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

What is your return policy?

Due to product safety, we do not have a return or exchange policy. if your purchase has any signs of damage, please notify us within 24-48 hours upon delivery @idalliam@aleena-cosmetics.com please include,

We will review the information, and a refund will only be issued if product is verified as damage.

If a product is not confirmed damage, a refund will not be provided.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our cosmetics are vegan and cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.  

For order that the carrier confirms that package has been delivered, we unfortunately cannot provide refund for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, please contact usps @ 800-275-877 or by email @usps.com to file a claim and for further assistance.
